Cucumber sausage

Ingredients . Cottage cheese in its strainer (faisselle) . Olive oil . 1/2 garlic clove (optional) . 1 cucumber . tomatoes and lentils for deco . salt, pepper
1. Mix the faisselle, oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook lentils in water, peel tomatoes.
2. Put a plastic food wrap on the work plan.
3. With a peeler, cut thin slices of cucumber.
4. Place the strips on the film overlapping them. Then spread the seasoned cheese perpendicularly.
5. Using the plastic, roll the strips rapidly into a sausage shape.
6. You get a sausage that you can shine with olive oil for a better presentation.
