Ingredients
. 400 g de sausage meat or minced beef
. 2 garlic cloves
. 2 onions
. 4 tomatoes
. olive oil
. laurel leaves
. 1 glass of wine
. tomato paste
. salt, pepper

Bolognese sauce - étape 0
