Ingredients . 400 g de sausage meat or minced beef . 2 garlic cloves . 2 onions . 4 tomatoes . olive oil . laurel leaves . 1 glass of wine . tomato paste . salt, pepper | |
1. Preparing vegetables: cut onions, peel the garlic, peel tomatoes. Brown the onions in olive oil until they become translucent. Add garlic and meat. Sprinkle with wine (white for pork, red for beef). | |
2. Add remaining ingredients in the recipe and cook for at least 15 minutes with the laurel. | |
